How to Apply for an Apartment or Townhome
In order to apply for an apartment or townhome, you must meet these
qualifications:
Albertville Meadows Apartments and Townhomes operate under the Affordable Housing Tax Credit program. Therefore, total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:
1 occupant - $36,420
2 occupants - $41,580
3 occupants - $46,800
4 occupants - $51,960
5 occupants - $56,160
6 occupants - $60,300
7 occupants - $64,440
8 occupants - $68,640

To maintain the integrity of our community, credit, criminal and rental background checks are conducted on all applicants.
We require a $500 hold fee at time of application. Upon approval, $100 is a non-refundable administration fee and $400 goes towards security deposit.
